Common fixes

Try these before contacting us:

  1. Restart your iPhone — long-press the power button → "slide to power off"
  2. Update Koodinorppa — App Store → your profile picture → check for updates
  3. Update iOS — Settings → General → Software Update
  4. Check iCloud — Settings → [your name] → iCloud → make sure iCloud Drive is on
  5. Check your network — try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data

Serious issues

Account or data loss: contact us immediately at [email protected] — we may be able to recover your progress from CloudKit cache. Please ask for help before deleting and reinstalling the app.

Privacy concerns: if you suspect misuse of your personal data, contact us with the details. We act quickly and, where required, notify the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman within 24 hours.

Community harassment: if another user is harassing you through the leaderboard (e.g. an offensive display name), send us a report — we will handle it within 24 hours.

Bug reports and suggestions

We are grateful for all feedback. To report a bug, please help us reproduce the issue by describing:

  1. Exact steps: "When I do X, then Y, then Z..."
  2. What you expected to happen
  3. What happened instead
  4. Whether the problem is repeatable or one-off
